Hi, I’m Sheena, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and life coach who helps women get strong, feel confident, and build healthy habits that actually last. I believe fitness should add to your life, not take it over, and that progress comes from consistency, not perfection.  Strength Unleashed is the space I created for women who are tired of extremes and ready for sustainable change. Through strength training, nutrition support, and mindset coaching, I help women lose fat, gain muscle, and feel proud of what their bodies can do. This is about health, empowerment, and showing up for yourself in a way that feels strong, doable, and real.
